Joe Maver – Principal & Sales Consultant

Joe has been in the Real Estate industry in the Caboolture Shire for the past 20 years, 14 of them spent with LJ Hooker Burpengary. Whilst there he was rewarded with the Customer Service Award and was a Captain’s Club Member which placed him in the top 10% of Sales people within the LJ Hooker Franchise.
He has lived in & has quite a number of investment properties within the Caboolture Shire, being a great believer in the Shire’s potential
Joe believes in HONESTY in business and would rather forfeit a sale or listing if it is not in the customer’s best interests.
A devout family man with two children himself, it is of great joy to him to see original customers continually return to him to service their changing real estate needs and further their investment portfolios. Joe regards it as a further compliment to his INTEGRITY when they bring their children to him for advice and help with their first homes or investment properties. It is the appropriate advice given that has allowed him to help his clients to better their lives and further assist in their wealth creation.
Born in Slovenia, Joe immigrated to Australia in 1969 and grew up in the Pine Rivers Shire. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Joe was in the Royal Australian Navy for 7 years and was also employed in the Security Industry as an Operations Manager. His passions are his children and travelling the world.

Donna Turner – Office Manager and Sales Consultant

Donna has worked in the real estate industry for approximately 16 years. Began her real estate career at LJ Hooker Burpengary with a great team and a knowledge of experience and ethics. She then moved to open her own office at Coral Cove – near Bundaberg. She operated her own office at Coral Cove for approximately 5 years, sold up to return to her home town. Previously to Real Estate Donna worked for a motor dealership in the accounts department for 9 years.
Rod Faulkner – Sales Consultant

After 25 years in the newspaper business and running a successful cafe for two years Rod started his Real Estate career in 2006. He sold homes in Ipswich as well as rural properties around Walloon/ Rosewood area. Rod also spent time building up a loyal client base in a cleaning franchise in the Springfield Lakes and Brookwater areas. Moving to Caboolture in early 2009 to be closer to family Rod is enthusiastic to be back in Real Estate with the chance of helping people either sell or buy their new home
David Brown – Sales Consultant

It cost David ten pounds Sterling to emigrate to Queensland on 10th December 1970. Six weeks later he was working in Papua New Guinea and by 1974 had purchased his first home in the Caboolture Shire to which he returned in 1977. He has always maintained property within the area since then and lives now in Caboolture. David’s Real Estate career started in 1984 and it progressed to being the Principal of his own Agency in Caboolture in 1993. Within a couple of years he’d built up a well-respected office with a reasonable rent-roll. He then decided to accept a good offer of employment from an advertising agency and, as State Manager NSW, ran their operations in Sydney until 2001 when he returned to live at his home in Morayfield. In 2002 he re-entered the Real Estate field and in 2009 was the recipient of a major Qld Real Estate franchise Number 1 Achiever Award for number of sales in that year. He purchased another house in 2010, this time in Caboolture, and decided to come back into Caboolture township to work. With Multi-million dollar sales and volume awards etc. under his belt, David brings vast experience in Real Estate sales and negotiation to Caboolture Realty. Having lived in Beirut and Baghdad when younger he caught the travel bug and goes touring Australia to visit his older children and also goes overseas whenever possible as he speaks passable French, German and Pidgin English. David has a wife and young daughter at home and likes to restore older classic vehicles.

Cathy Stevenson – Senior Property Manager

Prior to working in the real estate industry Cathy worked in the communications industry for Telstra for 13 years. Her role in the office is to oversee that the overall management of our rental roll is running smoothly, conduct inspections, and liaise with both landlords and tenants. When not on the job Cathy enjoys spending time with her two children. Cathy thoroughly enjoys working in Property Management and is a vital part of our Property Management Team. With her honest and genuine personality and excellent communication skills, Cathy will ensure that no landlord or tenant is neglected. She looks to achieve the highest possible standard in all areas of her work.
Margaret Neve – Property Manager

I have worked in administration positions most of my life, mainly Legal and Medical, and then made the move to Real Estate. I joined a Chermside agency and spent the last 16 months there. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of Property Management but found the commute to Chermside some mornings very frustrating! I was fortunate enough to secure a position in my home town with the team at Caboolture Realty.

Sarah has lived and worked around the Moreton Bay Region for 16 years. Sarah’s success is due to her approachable and friendly personality, coupled with her professional accomplishments within the Real Estate Industry.
With over 14 years experience in Property Management in the Moreton Bay Region, Sarah is a respected Property Manager. Sarah has a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act and has been a part of very successful Property Management Teams, managing large Rental Portfolio’s.
Sarah’s key to success as a Property Manager is her ability to communicate with her Landlords and Tenants alike. Sarah believes that developing good relations with tenants and Landlords is paramount to the success of any Property Management business. Sarah has a no-nonsense approach to rental arrears.
Sarah understands that promptness, efficiency and a Positive attitude are three of the most important factors relating to Property Management. Sarah constantly strives to achieve and exceed these goals.
Suzanne Eastment – Receptionist/ Admin

Suzanne has been working in administration and accounts roles for the last 24 years, in both government and private sectors. A highly valued member of our Property Management Team, her role in the office is to perform key administrative tasks for the rental department including the processing of rental applications as well as being there to support the Property Managers. Suzanne is the first point of contact in our office, greeting both clients and the general public with a smile and exceptionally friendly service.
